Confidentiality is the key in an outsourcing project. The code resulted from the contract is the property of the contractor, not ours. Exceptions are:

• third-party libraries / code used in the project, which have the copyright of their respective owners (we do not hold, nor do we sell licences to third-party software; it is up to the client to purchase those)

• our core, generic-purpose libraries which we have and keep the copyright for (source code may be purchased by the client)
